Surf Camera sells a case to carry your waterproof camera by chest mounting it to your wetsuit vest or life jacket.
It can also to mount you the mast of a windsurfboard and it's great for videoing in the barrel. Body boarders love it.

Got a second hand Hero and a fuji finepix,
hero took some nice little clips but it's not HD still looks okay
did not use the helmet mountm had it in my harness was a little hard to move around but nice angle on some runs
